When standard coatings don't meet complex requirements, Rototip provides expert solutions. For this customer, the component needed both robust protection against wear and environmental factors, plus reliable electrical conductivity on specific contact surfaces. We meticulously applied two different coatings: Hard Anodizing (MIL-A-8625F TYPE III CL 1) across the main body and SURTEC 650V (MIL-DTL 5541F TYPE II CLASS 3) precisely on the coupling areas, demonstrating our technical expertise in advanced surface treatments.
