Approve your Quote
Receive a tailored quote, often within just 2 hours, based on your exact specs. The quote will include a manufacturability review and an order-specific QC protocol so you know what to expect.
DfM Feedback
After your approval, we run a full DfM review and prepare your production plan: process steps, required tools, machines, and QC stages. If anything needs clarification or seems risky, we reach out before moving forward.

Production Updates
Once production begins, we stay hands-on. Our engineers visit workshops weekly to check quality and progress. If anything goes off-track, we step in early to fix it, before it becomes a problem.
Quality Inspections
Every part goes through 100% visual and dimensional checks at one of our QC offices, using calibrated inspection tools. Only approved parts move to packaging.
Discrepency Reports
If something doesn’t match the drawing, we pause and document the issue. Full discrepancy report is prepared by our engineers for your review. Nothing ships without your approval.
Packaging
After QC, your parts are bagged, tagged, and packed using recyclable materials. Each box includes part names, order references, and inspection labels to keep your team organized on arrival.
